Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receipt and request a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kanu.rs, and we will provide detailed return instructions. For returns based on personal preference (not a defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any shipping costs for an exchanged item.

While we always strive to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition, occasional issues may occur. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage. Items that have been worn or used cannot be accepted as damaged claims. KÅNU is not responsible for damage caused by postal or courier services, but we will always do our best to assist and find a suitable solution for that. If a defect appears within six months of receipt and is not due to misuse or improper handling, please contact us at hello@kanu.rs with clear photos and relevant details. Approved complaints will have shipping costs covered in both directions. After inspection and confirmation of responsibility, you may choose a full refund or an exchange for the same or another available item.
