Ordering and delivery

HOW TO ORDER

Orders can be placed directly through our website. You may complete your purchase as a guest or create an account for easier future access to your order history and status updates. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details, including the estimated delivery timeframe. If you prefer to complete your order through direct communication, you can contact us via email at hello@kanu.rs or on Instagram @kanuwear.

KÅNU operates through a combination of ready-to-wear and pre-order production. Items marked as “in stock” are already produced and will be shipped on the next working day. Items that are not currently in stock are produced after purchase. Production time ranges from 1 to 7 working days. You will receive confirmation of the exact timeframe by email after placing your order. If the proposed timeframe does not suit you, you may cancel your order or you can write us email or DM. We will gladly do our best to assist and explore possible solutions.

DELIVERY

Once your order is accepted, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe in the same email. If the product is made on demand, we will inform you of the exact number of days required for its production.

Shipments within Serbia are dispatched on working days for next-day delivery. Shipping costs depend on the parcel weight and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order (450 RSD for parcels up to 1 kg). After your order is accepted and shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email so you can follow its journey.

Important: Cash-on-delivery shipments are subject to an additional fee charged by the courier service.

We ship our products worldwide. Cash on delivery is not available for international orders. For orders placed from abroad, the customer is responsible for shipping costs as well as any potential customs duties or import fees in the destination country. International delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on customs clearance. Estimated shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country.
