Ordering and delivery

HOW TO ORDER

Orders can be placed directly through our website. You may complete your purchase as a guest or create an account for easier future access to your order history and status updates. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you prefer to complete your order through direct communication, you can contact us via email at hello@kanu.rs or on Instagram @kanuwear.

KÅNU operates through a combination of ready-to-wear and pre-order production.

In each product description, you will find the estimated dispatch time. Products marked as "Ready to Ship" are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Products marked as "Made to Order" are made especially for you, and their production time is stated in the product description. If the proposed timeframe does not suit you, you can write us email or DM. We will gladly do our best to assist and explore possible solutions.

DELIVERY

Currently, we only ship within Serbia. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us via Instagram or email.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Delivery within Serbia is 450 RSD. Delivery is free for orders over 25,000 RSD. Deliveries are made on business days, usually on the next business day after dispatch.
